Lisa Becka has spent more than 30 years in the golf industry. She is the executive director of the Executive Women's Golf Association, a group designed to bring the game of golf to women in either a business or leisure setting. What started in 1991 has become a massive endeavor, with more than 125 chapters making up the association. Becka discusses her toughest challenge—venue space, venue space and, you guessed it, venue space—as well as how to manage her more than 15,000 member organization.
