USA Synchro

Event: 2017 National Championships

The National Championships showcase the best synchronized swimming athletes across the entire United States.

When: April 4-April 9

Where: Oro Valley Aquatics Center; Oro Valley, Arizona

Participants: 400 athletes

Spectators: 700-800 on-site; about 10,000 online

Up for bid again: 2018

USA Weightlifting

Event: 2017 National University and National Under 25 Championship

The National University Championship is for athletes ages 18 to 28 currently enrolled in a degree-earning course, and the National Under 25 Championship is for those graduating from the Junior program.

When: April 6-April 9

Where: Stephen O’Connell Arena (University of Florida); Gainesville, Florida

Participants: 600 athletes

Spectators: 500 on-site; 4,000 online
