Connect Sports is excited to present to you the latest events in the world of Team USA. Here is what to look for August 14-20.

USA Gymnastics

Event: 2017 P&G Gymnastics Championships & USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show

The P&G Championships determines the men’s and women’s U.S. champions and the U.S. National Team for the junior and senior elite levels. The field features the country’s top gymnasts, and the championships also traditionally serves as part of the selection process for the U.S. Team for the World Championships. The annual USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show offers the best gymnastics education in the United States. The educational forum provides a unique opportunity for presentations, demonstrations and educational seminars on a variety of topics and a large exhibitor’s hall with additional business opportunities.

When: Aug. 17-20 (P&G Gymnastics Championships); Aug. 17-19 (USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show)

Where: Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center, Anaheim, CA

Streaming/Broadcasting:

Television. NBC will air the second day of both men’s (delayed) and women’s (live) senior competition sessions. In addition, the Olympic Channel and NBC Sports Network will televise the first three days live. The schedule is listed below.

8/17 – Men – 10:30 p.m.–1 a.m. ET – Olympic Channel, live
8/18 – Women – 11 p.m.–1 a.m. ET – NBC Sports Network, live
8/19 – Men – 9–11 p.m. ET – NBC Sports Network, live
8/20 – Men – 1–2:30 p.m. ET – NBC, delayed
8/20 – Women- 7–9 p.m. ET – NBC, live

Webcast. With Samantha Peszek as host, USA Gymnastics will provide live webcast coverage of all four junior competitive sessions. Jordyn Wieber (women) and Jon Horton (men) will join Peszek to provide analysis. The webcasts will be available worldwide free of charge on http://pgchamps.com/.

8/17 – Jr. Men – 4 p.m. ET
8/18 – Jr. Women – 1 p.m. ET
8/19 – Jr. Men – 3 p.m. ET
8/20 – Jr. Women – 2 p.m. ET

Podium Training. There will be a live web stream of both junior (12-2:30 p.m. ET) and senior (2:30-5 p.m. ET) men’s podium training from the P&G Gymnastics Championships on Wednesday, Aug. 16. Women’s podium training will also stream live with junior training scheduled for 5:30-8 p.m. ET and seniors from 8-10:30 p.m. ET. The stream will be available on http://www.pgchamps.com/live/.
