Up for Bid: 2017 and 2018 NAIA Women’s Golf National Championships

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics is currently seeking proposals to host both its 2017 and 2018 Women’s Golf National Championships. The event is held over a week in mid- to late-May. It is expected to draw 180 to 200 participants and spectators.

Here are the details:

Deadline to Bid: December 1

Time of Year: Mid-late May

Venue Requirements: A well-kept course that can withstand one practice round and four days of competition. Preferably is a Par 72 and 5,800 yards minimum.

Number of participants: Maximum of 144 golfers

Hotel requirements: Must be 15 minutes from the golf course

Room block: At least 100

Rate: $70-$90

Rights Fee: $5,000 (minimum)
