Up for Bid: USA Fencing 2018 October North American Cup

USA Fencing is currently seeking proposals to host its 2018 October North American Cup. The four-day competition (Friday-Monday) features more than 1500 – 1700 athletes competing Division 1, Division 2 and cadet.

Here are the details:

Deadline to bid: August 1, 2016

Time of year: October 2018

Venue requirements: 200,000 continuous square feet; risers with seating for at least 400 spectators; four to 10 meeting rooms

Estimated number of participants: 1500 – 1700

Hotel requirements: Walking distance to venue.

Room nights: Attendee: 2,200; Staff: 435

Rate: $99-$129
