Up for Bid: 2024 USA BMX Events
USA BMX is off to the races looking for bids to host its events in 2024. Send RFPs by June 1.

USA BMX is currently seeking bids to host events during its 2024 season, running from January through October. Events typically draw 800 to 2,000 athletes and have a daily attendance of between 3,300-7.500.
Approximately one-third of the events have an additional status of “Olympic qualifier” where riders earn ranking points that will eventually qualify them to represent the USA or their home country in 2024 in Paris.

Deadline to bid: June 1, 2023
Dates: Flexible; throughout the year
Venue requirements: Approximately two-thirds of the 30 national events are hosted at USA BMX sanctioned tracks, while the rest are hosted in arenas, civic centers, expo halls and equestrian arenas. Seating for at least 1,500 and preferably for 3,000; night lighting
Estimated number of participants: 800-2,000
Hotel requirements: Near major airport; nearby racing venue
Room nights: 2,000-5,000
Rights fee: Flexibile
