Spartan is seeking hosts for its Spartan Wrestling World Championship. The two-day event features 10 elite athletes who are members of the USA wrestling team or Olympics hopefuls unable to compete elsewhere due to COVID-19 restrictions. The invite-only event includes a $125,000 purse. Harley-Davidson and FITAID have already signed on as sponsors. The championship will follow all standard safety protocols.
 
Here are the details:

Time of year: January or February 2021 

Deadline to bid: Dec. 10, 2020

Venue requirements: Small or medium arena. Seating for spectators if allowed.

Room nights: 1,000 if spectators allowed; otherwise for media and athletes

Rights fee: $75,000, to be used for production and prize purses.
