Soaring ceilings add volume to the 280,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space that can be sectioned into four halls, with separate loading entrances for simultaneous events. Twenty covered loading docks and direct drive-in access to each hall make setup easy and efficient. The Richardson Ballroom spans 35,000 square feet with a 15,000-sq.-ft. prefunction area. For even more event possibilities, the 40,000-sq.-ft. Crown Ballroom, with 11,600 square feet of prefunction space, is located next to NASCAR Hall of Fame and accessible via a convenient skywalk. The facility offers an award-winning, full-service in-house catering department, concierge service, a visitor information center, a gift shop and a preferred in-house audiovisual provider, with a complete inventory of equipment and professional technicians.
