John Breslow Hockey Center

John Breslow Ice Hockey Center

John Breslow Ice Hockey Center has a NHL-sized (85’ by 200’) ice surface that offers competition at the highest level. Serving as the home ice for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln men’s and women’s club hockey teams there is never a dull moment at John Breslow Ice Hockey Center. The rink can seat 700 spectators and includes team locker rooms, a training room and referee locker rooms. Only opened now for a couple of years, the venue has already be awarded signature events including ACHA Pacific Regionals.

John Breslow Ice Hockey Center is also a great place to hold your next event. With an in-house concession stand and four meeting spaces available, combined with the ability to skate and/or play broomball; you can rest assured that you booked the “coolest” event possible.

Star City BMX

Star City BMX

Star City BMX is a bicycle track for kids and adults to ride bikes over a dirt obstacle course. The facility is a 1,200-foot dirt track with a 10-foot starting hill, four straight and three asphalt banked turns. Additional amenities include a starting hill building, observation tower, registration and concession building, moto board and seven stadium lights. Star City BMX holds weekly races sanctioned through American Bicycle Association and is maintained for utilization in youth and adult sports competition for private use. Star City BMX is located off Oak Park Lake, in close proximity to downtown Lincoln and the Lincoln Sports Triangle made up of Haymarket Park (baseball stadium), Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium.   Signature events held at Star City BMX include multiple USA BMX Cornhusker Nationals and a USA BMX Gold Cup.
