Up for Bid: 2020 & 2021 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) is now accepting bids from potential hosts for the Men’s & Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The three-day event includes the top 110 NAIA Men’s & Women’s Outdoor Track & Field teams from across the nation. Here are the details:

Deadline to Bid: Nov. 1, 2018

Time of year: May 21-23, 2020; May 27-29, 2021

Venue requirements:  Eight or nine lane flat track with appropriate surface, high jump area, horizontal runway and pit, pole vault runway and landing pit, throwing area with protective cage, javelin runway and landing area; PA system, marathon course that is or can be USATF certified; seating for more than 3,500.

Estimated number of participants and fans: 1,300 participants; 3,000 fans

Hotel requirements: Centralized properties that can accommodate meeting and banquet for 200 – 300 people.

Room block: 725-775

Rate: $90-$115

Rights Fee: $9,000
