Up for Bid: 2020 and 2021 NAIA Men’s Soccer Championships

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) is currently seeking proposals to host its Men’s Soccer National Championship in 2020 and 2021. The weeklong NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship (Monday through Saturday) draws more than 5,000 attendees.

Here are the details:

Deadline to Bid: June 1, 2019

Time of year: Nov. 30-Dec. 5, 2020; Nov. 29-Dec. 4 , 2021

Venue requirements: Championship-level stadium with lights and seating for 1,000. Must have a warm-up field located near game field. Four practice fields must be located within close proximity to championship venue and housing.

Estimated number of participants and fans:  400 athletes (16 teams); 5,000 fans

Hotel requirements: Centrally located with meeting rooms and space for 700-person banquet

Room block: 200

Rate: $90-$115

Rights Fee: $7,000
