Up for Bid: 2019 USA Fencing March North American Cup

USA Fencing is currently seeking proposals to host its 2019 March North American Cup. The 4-day (Friday through Monday) competition will attract more than 2,200 athletes and include the first 2019 High School National Championship. USA Fencing is looking for a host in the central, southern or eastern United States.

Here are the details:

Deadline to bid: March 9, 2018

Time of year: March 15-18, 2019

Venue requirements: 200,000-225,000 continuous square feet; 25,000 sq.-ft. ballroom rise

Estimated number of participants: 2,200

Hotel requirements: Walking distance to venue.

Room nights: Attendee: 1,910; Staff: 437

Rate: $99-$129

Rights fee: None
