USA Gymnastics is currently seeking proposals to host its 2022 Winter Cup, held in conjunction with the prestigious Nastia Liukin Cup and Elite Team Cup. The event draws about 425 participants. Here are the details: 

Deadline to bid: Sept. 2, 2021 

Time of year:  Feb. 22-28, 2022

Venue requirements: Competition Hall, and training hall (85’ wide x 200’ long, 40’ minimum ceiling height for each); seating for 8,000 preferred.

Estimated number of participants: Approximately 2,500  

Room nights: 1,510

Hotel requirements: Centrally located near airport and venue; All hosts and hotels are required to work with Shorts Travel Management Company

Hotel rate: $150 of less
