The International Gay and Lesbian Football Association was founded in 1992 with the goal of promoting soccer—as a global organization, using football makes more sense—to the gay and lesbian community. Kimberly Hadley, co-president based in the North/Central American region, spoke with Connect Sports at this year's Connect Sports Marketplace in Orlando about her organization and its events. Hadley was recently in Cleveland for Gay Games 9, where IGLFA piggybacks off the event to host one of their largest tournaments. Make sure to see what Hadley had to say about Cleveland and how it approached hosting the event.
