The NCA & NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championship event has grown to be the largest college cheer and dance event in the country and is accepting proposals to host it’s national championship with an anticipated commencement date of April 2024, for a one- to three year term.

Organizations intending to respond must send a completed “Intent to Bid” form to Adam Stluka at Astluka@varsity.com by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 24, 2023.  Full and final proposals are due on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, May 1, 2023.  Late submissions may be disqualified and returned un-opened.

Here are the details:

Deadlines: Intent to Bid: March 24, 2023; Full RFP: May 1, 2023

Event Dates:

April 10-14, 2024

April 9-13, 2025

April 8-12, 2026

Optional dates will be considered.

Venue Requirements:  Approximately 600,000-700,000 square feet of meeting space, preferably all in one venue but open to multiple venues within a half-mile of each other. Open to adequate outdoor venues as an option.

Attendees: 30,000+

Estimated Total Hotel Room Nights: 14,000

Direct Economic Impact: $36.6 million*

Total Economic Impact: $57.4 million*
